My first bloom. This was planted from a packet of sunflower seeds I bought at Bunnings. My disappointment is that this is not the \"giant\" variety. I am still hoping the flower will grow to a pancake size and the plant will shoot to 6 ft.

Jell's Park in Melbourne has many great bicycling trails that go for kilometers. Many of the trails are shady and are great to ride even on a sunny day.

On Australia Day, our two families went to the St.Kilda beach. It is about half an hour's drive from my house. It was a HOT day by any Malaysian standard!
