Finally, I get to have my picture taken!

Finally, I get to have my picture taken!

Since I got hooked into photography, I rarely get to be in the picture. I really don't mind, because I want to have full control in capturing people and moments. But there are times like this one, when I'm with friends, that I do want to be in the picture so that they'd remember that I was with them too.

My Best Friends

My Best Friends

This year started with Cel, Rosette, and I exchanging lots of meaningful and also senseless e-mails with each other. Though we keep \"in touch\" almost every day, I'm glad we went out for dinner last night. It's so much fun to laugh out loud or talk about life without having to type an emoticon.

Cel

Cel

It's Cel's birthday today!

She's been texting that she's having a good birthday. Her MBA quiz and case report got postponed, she lost her cellphone but found it right away, and she even saw her crush!

My wishes for Cel this year -- a smooth-sailing career and a \"long-term\" love life. :)

Rosette

Rosette

I won't even begin to start writing why I feel blessed knowing Rosette, because that would mean writing about 10-years worth of cinematic moments (as Rosette has aptly said it, pang-regal films). :)

All I can say is that I'm happy whenever we meet up. I wish we could do this more often.

Emerson

Emerson

Here's Emerson in his I-don't-care-if-you're-taking-my-picture-I'm-eating look.

He actually looks better when he's not chewing.

And as a bonus, he's brilliant too. So girls, send me an e-mail if you want to hook up with him. Hehe. :)

Gemma

Gemma

Great things don't have to come in big packages.

Gemma has proven that with the great encouragement she's been giving me. She is a constant reminder that I am blessed. I wouldn't have gone past those little down times without Gemma's words and prayers.

She's one reason why God is smiling right now.

Juliet

Juliet

I want to convince as many friends as I can to get into photography so that we can all go shooting around together. Maybe this way, I'll finally get my photo taken too!

Here's Juliet with her newly-acquired Nikon F65.

Beaver

Beaver

I told Beaver to look like he's in a thesis mode for this photo.

He gave me this smile.

Go figure out what it means.
