This was Simon's puncture - obtained thanks to Ridgeline Track rated as difficult (the only other rider on the track was in a full motorcycle helmet!) The trail went from the Peak straight down....and over the handlebars impaling onto a tree branch for some - ouch... how's the leg doing now Simon?

I want one of these crazy trucks they drive - they're lethal but look like good fun.
