was smaller than i thought it would be

i loved this statue in florence. it makes you want to look at it from all angles, the statue was sculpted to make you want to go around it to see it all. twisty!

i think this is possibly the prettiest church i've seen. it's made of pink, green and white marble. so cute!

i took pics of the david statue by michelangelo in florence. if they caught you taking pictures (with a flash), they'd put your camera in a plastic bag and let you carry it that way. i could stare at him all day! The details are amazing - you can see david's veins!
