Idle droodle (again)

Idle droodle (again)

Such droodles may come about when for instance I try to explain to a customer that the sheer number of error messages on his screen, plus the unresponsiveness of mouseclicks, frequency of bluescreens and whatnot whenever he tries to actually make it do something, are reasonably sure signs that his Windows 98, installed since the previous millennium, is not going to make it onto the Internet in this lifetime, but that it should rather be helped to start a new one (reincarnation by format c:), and also make him understand that the sad state of his computer is not my fault, and that screaming and yelling and threatening with lawyers about it isn't going to make the problem go away any faster.

In actual fact, this droodle took place inbetween calls during a quiet period, of which there haven't been too many this last week. For those of you who wonder whether it's really possible to get physically exhausted from talking on the phone, take it from me: it is.
