    The Thai PM, Thaksin, is trying to get people to drink more water. One
    of his projects is to supply drinking fountains around Bangkok. I have
    seen these fountains around but did not have the guts to try them. How
    safe are the drinking fountains? Don't want to get cholera or anything. This drinking fountain is near Soi Cowboy, a famous \"redlight\" district in Bangkok for ex-pats
