    More Work....

In the post came a couple of Xmods boards. One is a repair job that's bounced and a new board as a replacement. I'd unfortunately installed my tested Turbo unit on the board but it's suffered a different internal failure and neds to be more thoroughly examined.

Here we are top cover back on, wiring feed out neatly through the sock motor terminal gaps and the Spider board taped in place.

Motor wire terminals are accessible from the rear and these are still stock motor wires with their funny big terminals cut off.

Runs a little quicker, it's especially noticable off the standing start. The difference will be more pronounced when I finally get around to adding bearigns and the AWD kit to this chassis.

Set one, rip off the old Motor Drive MOSFETs, Clean up the pads and get ready to add in the power!

The great thing is like an iWaver the Xmods EVO only needs the top-cover removed, no fiddlign around pulling the chassis apart to get at the electronics!
