Coco is back ... from 4 days in the hospital, after she had been laid up by some viral infection! She's nodding off to sleep here — most likely she didn't sleep very well at the vet's — but actually she was back to her perky, playful, active self. Everyone was tremendously happy (and relieved) to have her home, including little Chloe who was jumping up and down and running around and around for sheer joy! I was afraid that it might have been pyometra, because her tummy got really big and bloated. Turned out to be a possibly airborne viral infection — where she got it, no one knows. She's the second dog I know who had been hit by this strange unknown virus.
