I like this a lot! The shot works so brilliantly as a negative -
it leads one to a deeper interpretation of the image than
I'm sure the positive one could have done, even though
I sense a certain forlornness and uncertainty in it.
I like this too. In original form it was more mundane than you might think, but the woman looking at me was not comfortable with my activity. I caught her before we docked, and explained...it was ok then.
Looking at it as a negative image, I got such a rush... It's loaded with strange implication--What are we going toward? Need I be fearful? Am I dead?
My first title was "Ghost Ship Passengers". As if the vessel haunted the Verrazano Narrows, and only the most fey could see it.
