Bad weekend
You know it's been a bad weekend when the highlight is a trip to A&E
for accidental insecticide inhalation.
Huff it up now!

The local starbucks
Yesterday in the storms the conservatory started to leak big time.
Today I just witnessed someone buying pre-packaged Starbucks beans. I
always thought they were for display purposes only, and that they'd
actually refuse to sell them if you were foolish enough to attempt
such a feat.
Maybe they grind them up for compost?

The beach
I just saw a child make a break for it, but rover brought her back.
I don't have any information, and if I did I wouldn't give it to them.
I may try and escape along a hidden beach path tonight.

The Beach
I'm not saying I don't love it here, I really do; a lot of my happiest childhood memories were from here. It's just that on the camp map it shows the beach as pure yellow. Here you will see a nice evening sky with a rocky oily beach in the foreground. Not the bright golden sands the map leads you to expect. I said to the friend I was with, "Oh, don't worry, the sand is round the other side"
How wrong are the memories of youth? Rocks, pebbles and debris. Not a single grain of sand to be seen. Probably more condoms and used sanitary towels than sand.
I'm off to Argos tomorrow to buy a bag of play-sand for Aimee to play with.
