Those precious to me Part 1
Wan
A friend ... a partner in life ... a soul mate. What can I say about someone who has shared my life for over seven years? ... That everyday I count my blessings and pray that the Lord will grant us many more happy years. What else can I say ... somethings are not meant for words to express.

Those precious to me Part 2
Mo Mo
Friendship is a gift that God blesses us with. I have known Mo for many years now. I actually knew her father first from being active in church many many years ago. Her father made her call me 'uncle'. Yikes!!! Mo and I have gone through many things in our lives before ... now she is my best best friend. So much so, I don't even think 'friend' really expresses my love for her. The great thing about our relationship is that sex will never be a part of it. I feel so safe with her that I can tell her anything and she knows that I will never try to get into her pants (or skirt) ... ever. I only wish for her happiness ... and should anyone break her heart, I will break whatever is precious to him. Sounds like a threat? Yes, such is my protective love for one who is precious to me.

Our two right feet
Phlog photo
Some years ago, Dawn and I (we both work in a company that provides early childhood and enrichment programmes for children) injured our right ankles at about the same day. Both of us limped around the holiday camp for about a month. This was taken in my office.

A sort-after Family
iPod reigns
This is the one of the most royal of families in the world today ... the iPod, the iPod iPhoto, the iPod Mini, the iPod Shuffle and the latest baby of the family (and the most beautiful), the iPod Nano. This is my family of iPods. Anyone who is anyone around me, has one. This is me, like it or not, I do not think I would want to waste my time with anyone who cannot see that the Creative mp3 players pales in comparison to the iPod ... no matter what others might argue. This is my view.

Heavenly Devil
Strawberry Tart from Starbucks
Looking down at this Strawberry Tart from Starbucks, you hesitate to pierce it with your fork and have a bite because it looks so good. Still, you would have to do it becasue that was the very reason why you bought it in the first place ... to eat it. Angelic temptation.

Sweet as Sin
Chocolate Cake
Sin comes in many forms ... mine comes in a form of a slice of warm choclate cake from Starbucks. It is just heaven to dig my fork into its collapsed edges with its insides oozing sticky cream chocolate. Top that with piles of whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The feeling of the hot bitter-sweet chocolate in my mouth and down my throat is just awesome. Oooo ... the sensation that starts at the sides of my mouth to the back of my neck at every forkful. A hair raising experience. Aaaaahhhh! The most sinful things come in such sweet packaging.

Famous Artist
Sam Francis Speck
This is a painting by the late Sam Francis who once designed a collectors’ Swatch Watch. After he passed away, the cost of that particular Swatch Watch model immediately rose from around S$240 to over S$1000.

What makes an artist famous?
Dwaynes Sponge Painting
Is it the name of the artist that makes the art famous or is it the art that makes the name famous for the artist? This is a painting of a non-famous artist. He was 5 years old when he painted this. Does it not look similar to the Sam Francis Speck which costs thousands now that he is dead? How much would you pay for Dwayne's Sponge Painting?

Inconsiderate Singaporeans Part 1
MRT the in Picnic
Would having fasted the whole day during the month of Ramadan justify breaking a major rule in the MRT trains which carries a fine of S$500? This family blatantly started to have a picnic in the MRT train at the time to break fast, munching on french fries, MacNuggets with Curry sauce and Coke, even when they saw me filming them on my video camera (I got this on video). What kind of message is this mother teaching her two daughters?

Inconsiderate Singaporeans Part 2
Food Packet Passenger
Should this food packet pay for the seat? This is just how some Singaporeans can display their inconsiderate behaviour in public. I wonder if she would have enough sense to remove the food packet if the train were crowded?
