Rid the world of theocracy
I am asking anyone across the world who reads the following to copy it and to send it to your government officials (if possible) and to the United Nations Security Council.
Be it resolved that the mixing of Church and State has caused untold human suffering for centuries, we propose that the governments of the world rid themselves of any and all theocratic encumbrances.
1. That no nation's constitution, articles of confederation or other document of national law and purpose be based upon any religious book or religious tradition.
2. That no nation will allow a cleric to hold office within its government.
3. That a nation's laws shall be based upon humanitarian principles which would ensure adequate food, housing, education and medical care for its citizens, instead of the dictates of a religious authority.
4. That all religious organizations shall be fairly taxed as any business enterprise might be taxed, and that the same penalties for failure to pay said taxes be enforced with the same rigor as it is upon individuals and businesses who fail to pay their taxes.
5. That all missionary enterprises be halted worldwide

Peer review
In everything that I've posted here about our Telepathy experiment I hope that I've made it plain that we are proceeding in a random sort of way and not attempting any sort of rigorous scientific method, which would be open for others to attempt on their own in what is called "peer review." In such a setting, or method, each time we run the Learn Telepathy Quickly program with someone, we should have a set of standard questions to ask of people and their responses recorded, then the answers made into a percentage-type of statistic. We do that, but we have different questions each time, often made up on the spur of the moment. The answers are recorded by saving the IM conversation as an .rtf (Rich Text Format) file. Usually Roy will ask ten to fifteen questions and will keep track of right, wrong and nebulous answers, that is, answers which are partly correct. I suppose that this can be duplicated by others - like, by you yourself - if you think you have some telepathic ability.
Actually, most people do have telepathic ability but are unaware of it. I've said in previous entries that telepathy was the first form of human communication and that it is based upon human emotion and feelings. As an example, perhaps you've known exactly what another person is feeling without them having said a word, and perhaps with their face not fully in view. Body language will "speak" a great deal, but what I am proposing is that there is a direct transfer of information from one mind to another. Also please note that I did not write "brain," I wrote "mind;" this is because we believe that the human mind does not reside in the brain but rather uses it and resides elsewhere. An extreme example would be when two people are being sexually intimate: the one will know that the other is fantasizing about being with a third person not present.
As always, if you wish to try our Learn Telepathy Quickly program, please e-mail me at outlands.community@gmail. You'll need an Instant Messenger; we use MSN's and the one which comes with Gmail. We will reluctantly use our Yahoo! IM (we do NOT like it) and will not use AOL's Triton at all.

Telepathy update
We finally have some solid information about telepathy and how it works, and why it's so easy for us to teach it. What is ironic is that the answers to some of our basic questions are wrapped up in telepathy; where and when did we start using language, and why? One particular thing involved Roy's channeling, well, channeling in general: how is it that soomeone like Joan of Arc thinks in Old French and we hear her in English? Our William Blake actually knew the answers to these things, but he said we could figure it all out - and we did!
Simply put, when Homo Sapiens first appeared most communication was accomplished by telepathy. Telepathy is not some "mysterious power," everyone has the inborm ability to be telepathic. If you have ever felt the feelings or emotions of another person, that is a prime example of telepathy in action: our first language was the passing back and forth between people of their emotions and feelings. Lying was impossible! In today's world, the best example that I could give is when two people are being sexually intimate and one is aware that the other is fantasizing that they are with someone else! Somewhere along the way, and well before my time, human beings began to speak; and then came writing. Spoken words allowed the "denial of truth" in the words of our Member Dori Hartley; and when writing evolved from speech, people were at two removes from the origianl telepathic means of communication.
If you're interested in learning telepathy fom us, please e-mail me at outlands.community@gmail. It costs NOTHING repeat NOTHING and takes about 15 minutes. You will need an IM; we prefer Hotmail's MSN .NET over Yahoo! or AOL's Triton. Ou IM address is stromoondaglo@hotmail.com Should you wish to try our Learn Telepathy Quickly program, please tell us in your e-mail that you read about it hear at my Phlog page.

A new picture of me
After several years of drawings, one of which was quite good, I finally have a manipulation that really LOOKS like me! Thanks to Ling and Roy for letting me play with the art apps!

News and a last picture for the night.
I made an entry some pictures down the page about new developments in our ongoing Telepathy Experiment and about how huuman consciousness - mortal human consciousness - is not located in the brain.
This last picture is of some wild roses superimposed on a plasma grid.

Things
Roy found a CD he'd gotten a couple of days after he got the original Old Sparky in April of 2005. It had thousands of "photo objects" on it so he put a bunch of them together. Printed on 11 X 17 paper it makes great gift-wrap, but don't tell him I said that!

Sphaeros
A few months ago Sara Jane commisioned Roy's daughter to take some pictures of a large blue plastic sphere she'd found. This is the best of the lot.

White-Tail Deer
Sara had pried Roy away from Old Sparky last week to go to Rifle Camp Park in Paterson. (Yes, I mean Paterson, New Jersey) The were surrounded by a herd of roughly 60 White-Tial - and there was one buck for the whole herd!

Kali
Some of our Members are attracted to goddess Kali. Ling came home the other day to do this picture.

New pictures and some ideas about telepathy and consciousness
It seems that it's been longer than May 7th of last year when I was here last, but so much has gone on. Quite a number of us, me included, suffered from a massive burnout, mostly overwork. Good workaholic that he is, Roy kept on going by doing some writing about channeling, but everyone else except Llam needed to throw in the towel. This was kind of a shame because I had some new things to say about the Telepathy Experiment, but in a way it's good I put it off. Even better things have occured. But before I get going I'm going to be putting up a few pictures - if I remember how! - that some of us did since last May. I think a couple may have been done before that but whaddoo I know? I'm an archon.
Anyway, we've had a number of spectacular "incidental" occurances of telepathy between Members. god small g was on the IM with Roy and he mentioned how he had hurt his arm while practicing a Prokofiev piano sonata and Roy picked up on it immediately, telling him it was just below the elbow on his right arm. god small g freaked because it was, and a little later in the same chat Roy asked if his brother Logan had a cold. g didn't know but it turned out that he did. Another cool incidental was when Roy got in touch with Shiberoth by e-mai, telling him about a song about the Yezidis and giving him a link to a website by the Yezidis themselves. btw it's http://www.yeziditruth.org When Shiberoth wrote back he said that he'd been reading about them. Now, we rarely hear from Shiberoth; if you wanna call this a coinkydink, go right ahead. Telepathy works!, I'm tellin ya.
The other bit of news concerns mortal human consciousness. This is opposed, I guess, to immortal human consciousness like my own, floating around the cosmos. Studies about consciousness - what it is and where it is in the brain - have lkong occupied some of the mortal and immortal Members of the Outlands Community for a while. We recently got ahold of Susan Blackmore's excellent "Conversations on Consciousness" in which she interviewed quite a number of psychologists, biologists and neuroscientists about the subject at hand. All agree on one thing: it's somewhere in your head. We of the Outlands Community disagree. Your consciousness uses your brain, but it doesn't live there. You could think of your brain as being simialr to a radio or television that picks up signals. Only, it's picking up YOU. This would go a long way toward explaining how telepathy works; it's not one brain contacting another, it's one consciousness attracting another.
