Ubercool Ute
About to go on holiday to Cyprus, Ute asked Joey if there's anything she can get for her.
Joey has never been to Cyprus, so she said she just wanted a postcard.
And lucky Joey got more than she asked for.
One of the ubercool gifts inside Ute's package is this black and white blouse
that Manx decided to wear without pants.
She wears the outfit with socks from our spunky Fil-Am friend JoAnn,
whose cool gifts deserve a phlog page or two all their own.
Manx remembers the first time she met Ute in the Isle of Misfit Toys.
There was a small discussion about Manx's racy pictures with Gorky,
and Ute said she knew about Gorky and the other Scorpions.
Ute lives in Germany and knew instantly that Manx named Gorky
after the park from a Scorpions song.
But what fascinated Manx, rock chick, was the fact that Ute
had lived beside the rock star Scorpion called Klaus Meine.
The only rock Manx's scorpion, Gorky, knows is the one he lived under.
If Manx had money, she would fly to Germany to meet Ute.
And the Scorpion in the neighborhood. And the ten boys who make up Ute's Harem.
