Monday at the apartment.
Yes, its a working day but i'm home. Fatigue finally got into me after working like an energizer bunny the past few weeks.
So here I am, bumming around with a good book.

I just have to sneak out and have my cup of coffee.
Sitting in a coffee shop somehow relaxes me.

Attended PeduliKasih's Latin Night show. It is a fundraising project of Indonesiar, one of the biggest tv station. The proceeds of this show is intended to help the disadvantaged children with heart problems.

The highlight of the night:
Riccardo Cocchi and Astrid Salim (yes, the daughter of the noodle tycoon Anthony Salim) performed various latin numbers such as Tango, Pasa Doble, Rumba, Mambo.
Terrific dancers (ranked I heard) and Astrid's costumesssss were simply magnificent and sexy...

The Ms. Impian(s).
The contestants in the reality show that aims to make them lose weight thru nutrition management, exercise, etc.

In a seminar right now. Topic being discussed is the future of advertising. Amongst the speakers, Charuvarn Vanasin of Lowe Thailand has the most interesting topic plus the fact that she connected with her audience and not another ad executive hotshot who just blah blah blah...

Here's an excerpt:
Agency of the Future
1. Forward Looking
2. Evolving
3. Collaborative
4. Authoritative
5. Precise
6. Global

What's your two cents worth?

My after coffee look.
Just had a good lunch -- shrimp mayonnaise, fried rice with crabmeat and tofu. Yum Yum!

My funky bracelet. Actually, i'm past my party heyday but what the heck, i want to feel the vibe once again.

Photos from last weekend.
This is a case of mixing pleasure with business (and not the other way around).
Went to Singapore last weekend to get away from work and retain my sanity. The day before my flight, my new client learned about it and suggested to meet at IndoChine :)
(they'll be bringing this concept bar in Jakarta). The day arrived, and finally met up with them at 12 midnight (had to drop first my luggage in the hotel). Learned that Prince Albert of Monaco was in another IndoChine "The Forbidden City" so we moved there after. It was a night of partying and meeting interesting personalities (including an Arab shiek, an Indonesian billionaire and the owner of the bar himself).
The following day, had dinner with Keppel Land regional team (another client) in our most informal get-up in one of the five star hotels in Orchard.

Now, that's what I mean by mixing pleasure with business.

The morning after... err... almost 11 a.m.
Still at the hotel doing some international calls to follow-up a certain project (and i'm supposed to be on a weekend break...tsk.tsk.tsk).

Incidentally, I was trying to check if I can find the OIC delegates. Guess, they're still busy converging at the plenary hall.
