The snow has melted

The snow has melted

About a month ago, you could barely see the sidewalk and definately could not see the grass, bushes and stones.

Fast forward to April and the snow has melted away. The grass is turning green, the trees are budding and the sun rises much earlier now. I am looking forward to summer!

Another snow pile to the left of the house....it pretty much burried our shrubs and almost burried the tree. There's really no other place to put the snow. Just have to keep piling it! Can't imagine what will happen during the big meltdown.

Edmonton got hit with a snow storm on March 18th.
We had to shovel once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. It may not seem alot...but it was actually ALOT! Edmonton received approx. 20 cm of snow.
There was no place to put this snow...so we just kept piling it on!

I've been searching for that perfect mee goreng recipe....and have stumbled across a few. Here's a pic of one of them. Seems like it looks more appetizing in real life rather than pictures.

If anyone out there has an awesome mee goreng recipe, pls let me know!

Anything to do with travel and beauty tips...

Yes, I'm dreaming of a trip...to a little island far far away...where it's constantly hot and humid, where the food is "the best" and where lots of memories were left behind.
that dream...just may happen a little later this year!
