I'm trying the the hundred push ups training program (http://hundredpushups.com).. painful yet it's fun
to see the progress..

I still HATE pushups but atleast they're easier to do now..

I'm on week 4. two weeks left and can barely take 25.

oh, i see it's a lady doing the push ups... isn't one supposed to do 25 pushups at first try? guessing that tells you when was the last time i did any outside of, err, a bedroom... LOL

jokes aside, kudos to you mr E for starting on a fitness programme. it's an inspiration. i've spent the summer virtually sedentary and drinking like a fish, so there's a belly where not too long ago there was none... sooooooooooooooooooooooo, up and down i shall go and match your progress!

I started on the program and got through week 1, but was then somewhat distracted by a sudden 3 week vacation. Still doing some pushups from time to time, though not according to any set schedule.

I am however making noticeable progress, so that I can do an improved rerun of week 1 once my vacation time is over, and then hopefully complete the program with reasonably satisfying results.

If I can do 25 after four weeks, I shall be both very surprised and very satisfied indeed ;)

My progress has stalled, I'm afraid. I've been so busy at evenings that I haven't had the willpower to finish a session before bedtime. I'll start over again when I get back.
But I must say that this program combined with bicycling to work has done wonders to my overall physics. I've dropped 6-7 kilos, I have alot more energy and i'm stronger than ever . Well almost :-)
