Cottage Pie: Potato in Place
Rather than just slabbing on the mashed spud I've piped it on. It's a little interesting to get the hang of piping hot mash but my efforts are a passble first go.

"Obra prima". I see some serious commitment and proper parmegiano here. I'd add wholemeal bread for nat fibre enrichment. I had multi-layers of banana_fillets and crunchy cod last night.. Mmmm
