In the few short weeks that I owned an iPhone (simultaneously one of the best and worst smartphones I've ever used) there was one particular app that I loved – "Here I Am". It took your current GPS coordinates, massaged them into a google maps URL and presented a pro-forma email for you to send.

Well, I've found a couple of contenders for Windows Mobile. Currently trialling Finger-Friendly Friends which, if it's working, will have inserted a URL and image into this phlog.net posting.
