In seat entertainment
The seats are like the new 777 in the fleet. The distance between seats (the pitch) is acceptable for economy as is the width. The monitor is large (15" ?) and there are connectors for USB, LAN and composite video. There are also 2 120V power points between the 3 seats. Not at all shabby - though I doubt much work could be done if the person in the seat in front reclines.

The whole "bastard in front reclines for a nap" thing has always given me the screaming shits. I would pay extra to be able to select a seat which is not behind a reclining seat (perhaps proportional to the discount offered to the customer who selects the non-reclining seat) Oh - exit rows don't count.

Oh don't get me started... You know you're in for a tortured journey when the pillock in front reclines the seat while still on the ground; or has to be reminded to put it into the upright position during the meal service. I've lost count of the number of meals I've missed just so I can get my PC out do some work in the brief respite.
Oh - and the "git" that just throws the seat back without regard for anyone behind... oh dear I've switched to rant mode.
The online checkin that most airlines use can be useful. I'd prefer to have nobody in front but the 3 seats in the row occupied and often select on this basis.
