Knocking back a quick drink in the Belgian Cafe in Kingston.

In an effort to up the dining ante in our house I've taken to preparing baby carrots in this manner. With a few simple twists they can suit any number of dishes. Here we have some carrots, fresh garlic, sesame seeds all coming together.

In my building at work there is a Cafe and they bake their muffins fresh on-site.

Each day the muffin "menu" is published on our Intranet - I will be posting these as the options are somewhat unique...
