Do you get a ticket if you put in a bunch of quarters and the result is a message that says \"Failed\"? Are you supposed to move your car immediately (because you have somehow failed) and try another meter?

This is my car's favorite road. It never knows what it might get hit by -- trash, rocks, even a flying mattress.....

Could they make the wall any uglier?
