Winter is back. WTF?
The wet weekend has continued into Monday. It's been raining all night and today it's cold, wet and rather miserable. I wish I was still in bed - not waiting here at the bus stop.

After the greasy eating last night, Linda and I felt the need for something vaguely healthy for breakfast. This incredible selection of fruit was just what the doctor ordered. Of course, I also had a couple of croissants (with items from the cheese and cold meat platter) just to be sociable. My little sister is quite the entertainer.
At my sister and bro-in-law's place for brekky with them and my folks (who are down from Newcastle this weekend).
Liam de-cherries his *massive* brownie sundae and prepares to plough through ~750g of brownie, icecream, cream and fudge. Makes me sick just looking at it. Liam's GF, Jessica doesn't look all that impressed, either.
FINALLY! Beef and chicken faijitas. Of course, it's taken so long that everyone else has just about finished their main meal.
Luke's prayers were answered. A big plate of hot pork ribs coated in honey BBQ sauce.
Perhaps I should have prayed that they didn't screw my order up? The wrong sort of meat arrived for my faijitas and now I have to wait for a re-make. This is the sort of service I remember the Hard Rock for.
Luke admires(?) the display of rock/pop memorabilia on display around the walls. Or perhaps he's praying his meal is edible.
Jess and Luke.
Things haven't changed. The old "Sorry... no tables available, so take a seat at the bar and we'll call you when one's available..." trick is still being used. Just a sneaky way to suck $50 out of your wallet on overpriced drinks before you get called up for the overpriced food.
Didn't have a great time last time I was at the Sydney Hard Rock Cafe, but Liam is determined to have his 19th birthday celebrated here.
