Mark Rutstein and David Perruzza in DC, Marcel Bolintiam in Denver, Susan Hartman (a friend of Washington Post food critic Tom Sietsema's), Christopher Dorsey also from DC and those who defend their behaviour like Deborah Russell can't continue to get away with their anti-social or criminal behaviour. They have been banned from my pages. They can't send email, messages, comment trolls or carry out their threats.

This is one of the most delicious blends of coffee I've ever tasted and I'm happily in the habit of drinking it twice daily. The second time in the form of a Carajillo (with B&B, spiced rhum, or espresso vodka, among other options).
